Join us Saturday, August 23 at Green Lake for an afternoon of activities, exercise and fun!  Seattle Parks and Recreation is embarking on an effort to encourage healthy lifestyles for Seattle residents. Statistics show that just 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week, combined with a healthier diet, can be enough to make a difference.

Let us show you what Seattle Parks and Recreation and our many community partners have to offer you and your family for a healthier, more active life!

We will offer over 40 activities for you to watch or try such as yoga, tai chi, "beat the pro tennis", hoop shoot, tumble-a-thon, swimming, kayaking, netball, jump rope, water aerobics, family field day and more! Community businesses and agencies will also have information booths to share their healthy offerings.
