From the President

Dear Friends,

Starting this week, the Seattle Parks for All Campaign is running the following television ad in Seattle — which sets out in stunning visual terms why passage of Proposition 2 will protect and improve Seattle’s quality of life.  We urge you to watch the ad online and forward this message to your friends so that they can see it.

But even more important, the campaign needs your help to reach as many Seattle voters as possible.   We are at a critical stage of the campaign with absentee ballots arriving in mailboxes in just over a week. Here are two things you can do:

1. Help distribute campaign literature this Saturday and next (10/11 and 18). Contact Campaign Organizer Mark Eaton at markforparks@gmail.com and show up at the Lower Woodland Sports Fields parking lot at 10am.

2. Donate to the campaign - your dollars will determine how many voters we reach!   So please consider donating to the Seattle Parks for All campaign now at https://www.upwardstech.net/seattleparks/.  By contributing what you can, you will help make possible parks, playfields, trails and open spaces  throughout our rapidly growing city.  Any amount you give makes a difference!

To learn more about the levy, and to join our campaign community, please go to www.seattleparksforall.orgAnd thank you for your help.

P.S., the campaign is continuing to pick up momentum, check out the editorial in support from the Seattle P-I.
