As part of the Department of Neighborhood's mission to improve transportation safety and connectivity in the Fremont neighborhood, a plan has been introduced to enhance safety while maintaining freight and commuter access on N 34th St between Fremont Ave N and Stone Way N. After gathering input and incorporating recommendations from citywide modal recommendations and traffic data, DON is ready to share preliminary street design concepts to enhance safety for all modes on N 34th St.
