The Salmon Bay Park Stewards will be hosting a Neighborhood Disaster Preparedness (SNAP: Seattle Neighborhoods Actively Prepare) lecture. 

April 29 at 7pm at Ballard Community Center 6020 28th Ave NW

Carl Leon from the Office of Emergency Management will be there to discuss basic preparedness including a family disaster plan and preparing a tool kit. This presentation will also discuss ways to coordinate preparations with your neighbors, pooling supplies and inventorying skills of the neighborhood to be better prepared for any disaster.
