Join us, Ballard Rotary, Washington Water Trails Association and Friends of Street Ends to wrap up Earth Week with a clean-up of the 24th Ave NW shoreline street end 11am-1pm Saturday, April 25. We'll be pulling blackberry roots and weeding along the shoreline, plus picking up litter in the street end and, if there are enough volunteers, adjacent streets. bring favorite weeding tools, gloves and water. We'll have some tools, gloves and other supplies, plus information about plans to create a new Ballard Waterfront Park on the adjacent former Yankee Diner site.
